This course is beneficial in raising awareness of fire safety and emergency procedures to all staff in an organisation. Modules include:

Fire safety legislation overview

Understanding fire physics and chemistry of fire development

Introduction to fire extinguishers

Initial response to suspicion of fire, raising an alarm

Developing an action on hearing the fire alarm

Evacuation procedures

Calling the emergency services
Certification:
All successfull participants will receive will receive a F.T.S. Health & Safety fire safety awarness certificate
